is it possible to rotate a movie on avisynth

Is it possible to rotate an .avi using avisynth? I need to turn the movie 90 CCW.:script:

If your video is interlaced, you'll have to add either a deinterlace or a bob filter before rotating.

And also if your source decodes as YUY2, you may want to convert to RGB32 before the rotate to avoid losing 50% of the chroma information.
