new disney dvds

I have purchased the disney dvd Ratatouille and want to make a back up before letting my kids use it. i have had no problems decrypting childrens movies before but none of the decryption programs i have will touch this i have fab hd v.4 and dvd decrypter has any else had any problems? dvd will play in stand alone player and computer. any help will be much appreciated by 4 young impatient kids. thanks
