DVD-RB Free 0.98.2 / HCEnc 0.22 - Hang on VTS segment

Just trying to backup the Ken Burns Jazz discs. Ripped with DVDFab HD Decrypter and compressed with DVD-RB Free 0.98.2 and HCEnc 0.22. The first disc went without a hitch but the second just hung overnight on the 3rd segment of VTS_02 doing nothing in HCEnc. Repeating the process produced the same result. Never had an issue with this combo before. The DVD-RB log relevant to this backup is below (not sure where to find a log for HCEnc):

Any suggestions on what I should be looking for?

Any preprocessing? Post your INI file too, please.

Also, try ripping with some other app. See how that goes.
