Edit Subtitles in VOB files

I don't know if here is suitable to ask like this question or I have to go to subtitle section.... if I'm wrong then hope for moderator move this thread to a proper place....
I just want to know if possible to change style of subtitle without decrypter and compiler I mean if there is a way to change size of font or color of subtitle in DVD movie by plainly

Colour is easy - change the CLUT in PgcEdit or easier DVDSubEdit. Size or style of font would require making new subbies.
