YUV to DVD

Hi all,


I have a collection of sequences which are in a raw yuy2 format. If I want to record this onto a DVD and make it playable in a conventional DVD player, how should I go about it? Presumably I'll need to firstly encode into MPEG-2 at a defined frame rate?

Incidentally as regards available tools, I'm using a linux box.
