VOBBlanker "Replace" with multi-cell vob?

When using the replace function of VOBBlanker, if you use a multi-cell vob it issues a note, then converts it to a single cell.

Is it possible to keep the multi-cell vob as a multi-cell VOB without VOBBlanker making it a single cell? Thx
