There is this japanese anime video I downloaded from a Japanese website, the anime is Monster Farm. This series in japan didn't make it on DVD and only VHS of it exist, it is a 1999 anime. Those VHS are rare to find and are the rental volumes only.
I got rid of the drm protection but afterwards I re watched it and video and audio is still encrypted. All I see on the video is like a splashy screen and for the audio I don't hear nothing. It's like it has two protections.
1. DRM
2. media video and audio encryption.
When I tried to open the drm protected video in vlc first time, I see that splashy screen. when I opened it in windows media player it said I needed a license. The second time I opened it after I decrypted the drm I opened it in windows media player and it showed that splashy screen and it didn't ask me for license.
How do I get rid of the video and audio ecryption (after the drm is decrypted) on that wmv?
oh and...if you can't tell me how to decrypt the video, then at least tell me what type of protection it's called used for that video and audio encryption. kinda like how the Microsoft protection is called drm.
