I've always used interleave every single frame which is the default for vdub. But lately, Ive been thinking that maybe I haven't been doing it right. Someone shed some light on this.

If your not having problems using the defaults then whats the probelm? I use the defaults and never had any problem.

BTW- What sound card are you using? I'm just curious.

it may just be my imagination, but it seems that there is a slight jerkiness in my movies interleaved at every frame. Then again, it may just be my imagination.

I want to know what the professionals in this forum are using.
Im doing standard mp3 stereo audio, NO AC3.
