What the hell do I need to do to get from a 1080p DTS TS file to a 1080p DD PS file?

The steps I've followed so far are;

1. Fix the 1088 horizontal resolution to 1080 using HDPatch.
2. De-muxed the TS file using ProjectX.
3. Converted the DTS audio file to DD using EAC3to (libav).
4. Muxed the m2v and ac3 files together using TMPGEnc.

When step 4 completes, I get a warning from TMPGEnc;

"3442836 packets cause buffer underflow. The MPEG file might cause error when it played." :confused:

When I play the outputted mpg file in WMP, I get video but no audio, aaahhhh.

When I check the .mpg file in GSpot, it states that the audio is 0xbd[0x80]:48000Hz 640 kb/s tot , 6 chnls (3/2 .1) but upon testing it in GSpot, I get loads of lines stating that it has "Failed to connect Output pin...Error 0x80040207 (Unknown)", etc

Any ideas what else I can try?

OK, the m2v file plays fine, the DTS file plays fine and the ac3 file generated by converting the dts runs fine. The issue seems to occur when I mux the m2v and ac3 together.

TMPGEnc 2.512 does it, gives a warning about a few million buffer underuns. Video OK, Audio NO.

MuxMan 0.15R rejects the m2v.

Elecard XMuxer Pro completes the muxing, the video is OK as is the audio. However, the whole lot stutters and skips.

ImagoMPEG-Muxer bombs out as soon as it begins muxing.

Fast running out of tools to mux m2v and ac3 here :rolleyes:
