Creating images from a DVD

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to save a frame from dvd as a picture file. I think it can be done in Adobe Premiere, but am not too sure. Are there any methods to doing this, or programs that do this? Thank you for your help.

powerDVD has a screengrab feature which works, you could use that
