Trouble converting from .wmv to .flv

Hey everyone, currently im using AutoMKV to attempt a convert from wmv to flv, but it doesn't seem to be working. It gives me [asf @ 6C33151c]freeing incomplete packet size 4461, new 16621] over and over in the command window. Anyone know why? And... any good programs to convert to flv ???

mencoder is what I use for FLV conversion. http://www.jeremychapman.info/cms/mencoder-avi-to-flv-conversion

ffmpeg can also do it, here's a really easy guide. Although it doesn't show all the features. http://worldtv.com/blog/guides_tutorials/flv_converter.php

My audio keeps messing up, its off by a little at first then more as the film progresses.... any way to fix this???
