:) Hi, thank for any help. What program, can i utilize to compress the blue ray disc over 25gb to this minimum gb?

Are you trying to compress the entire disc, including the extras, trailers, subtitles, etc. or would you prefer just to have the main movie with all the extraneous crap stripped out? If you want just the main movie you can use tsremux to get rid of the detritus. There are caveats to doing this if the movie has multiple m2ts files that are scattered about the disc. Check out the AnyDVD HD section at the Slysoft forums for info on reducing the size of your BD discs (and HD-DVDs as well).
