I have windows vista and I been installing alot of codecs, Sometimes when i encode i get errors, How can i find out all codecs i got installed, and whats the best codec pack, that has everything i need, including quicktime, divx, flv codecs ,like On2 Vp6, h.264, and all updated

Get each one individually on an as-needed basis.

NEVER, EVER, EVER use codec packs. They cause more harm than good and are a royal bitch to thoroughly remove if things go belly up.

Don't use codec packs; use filter packs (e.g. the CCCP). Codec packs generally result in crap all over your system.

The CCCP Insurgent is a great tool to see what codec packs you have installed. It also lets you unregister broken filters.

i used another codec searcher on my system called sherlock The codec detective , and it said this
