Having a hard time muxing a x264 file with subtitles into MKV (Using MKVmerge 2.1.0)

I have this matroska file, with no subtitles.
When i add subtitles and remux the file (contains 1 x264 file, 1 DTS track, and 3 subtitles) it creates the file with no problems.

But when i play it with MPC it wont play. It stand still at 00:00:00, but i can still scroll through the file?

Why can i not play the new file??

I am using the last version of mktools


By the way, it works prfectly fine in WMP11. Althoug the chapters does'nt work!!

Btw it is the subtitles that are giving me hard times. They are in ordinary srt format, and when i turn them off in Haali the new file plays just fine!!

I have found out by playing around with the settings for a while..

Apparantly there is something called "null renderer" in MPC that was activated.

I do not know why this setting screws up the subtitle abillity in the MKV file in MPC, but when i deactivatd the setting everything seems to work OK.

Anyone knows why it were there by default??
I don't recall ive had put it there??
