Good tool to demux and remux x264 mkv (720p)

I hope I'm in the right sub forum. Please advise if I am not. I would like to know if there is a simple tool whereby I can add approx 320ms to an AC3 track that is not in sync with a mpeg4/avc, and thereby remux it within mkvmerge GUI.

anytime i attempt the use of the mastroska file import filter in vdubmod, it parses in an infinite loop.

Just demux it with MKVextract, add to it with DelayCut (I think) and remux with Mkvmerge.

i ended up going directly with mkvmerge which offers this feature internally. delaycut wasn't giving me results with either 'delay' or 'cut' option, and I couldn't find sufficient documentation to cover the later. But I don't get how frames could be used as a metric for an audio editor.

I ended up going with +170ms and Batman Begins is right as rain.
