I have tried to rip using Ripit4Me several diff ways, can't seem to capture the subtitles. on the compression list there is an option to check for english subs which I do but it doesn't play?
What can I do?

This has nothing to do with the rip. This program does not strip streams.

1) Sounds like you're talking about DVD Shrink, not RipIt4Me per se.
