I have decrypted it with DVDFabHD Decrypter 4 but when i go to run it with shrink it will only compress to 98%. Any suggestions?

Before using Shrink, process the full DVD through FixVTS.

Would you know if the "for pay" versions of th eprogram suffer from the same deficiency?

I have the Platinum version and yes, the files still need to be cleaned with FixVTS.
After ripping I would open in Shrink and see that the compression is in the 90's which I know is incorrect. After running through FixVTS, the compression is in the 50's just as it should be.

That's not a "good thing" for a program, in it's several different iterations, that's so widespread.

One can only hope that the author/publisher will soon fix this...

read the posts and tried using FixVTS and it was telling me none found. when i updated dvdfab hd decrypter this morning i guess they got the problem fixed, dvd shrink worked fine for me.
