Is there a list of DVDRB Runtime errors posted anywhere?

If not, might it be a good idea to post them (with a brief explanation) and make them a sticky. We may be able to add answers in an FAQ type format for the more common ones.

Another good idea is to add them all to the help file aswell.

And maybe update the help file to show all the new additions as its been a long time since we had an updated help file and there are plenty of new additions and 'hidden' options to help squeeze the best out of the source
