I have an ISO file, which contains 2 episodes.
When I attempt to rip/encode it with Fairuse (Which I use because i'm familiar with it and it's simple) I only see one video stream. This stream is always the first episode (58 minutes in length, tried encoding it, sure enough episode one only). No second stream is listed.
I tried a few other programs (AutoGK, etc) but they tended to not like ISO images.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Try mounting it with Daemon Tools or the like and using those other programs. DVD Shrink works fantastic for me, you could use that to get it into a folder and then use another tool.
Wait... where did you get this ISO? Why not re-rip using AutoGK or the like?

The ISOs came from Japan.
It's a very rare Anime series not licensed in the US, nor have I ever seen any of it's DVDs for sale online.
If I could rip the originals i'd be thrilled, but I doubt that'll ever happen.

Update: I tried DVDShrink and Anydvd and I get "out of memory error", even tho I have plenty of disk space and available memory, and anydvd says the ISO has no protection of any sort.
Update 2: One of the problems is the DVD has 3 VOB files, that span 2 episodes.

Regardless of its license status, it's still under copyright in the us and other Berne convention states, so we can't help you with it.
