Good Quality dvd to ipod videos

i was just wondering if there is a ipod converter that renders videos ripped from dvds in perfect quality

iPod does not support any lossless video format, nor the resolution of DVD, so no, it is impossible to get the video on your iPod in perfect quality. And anyways, DVDs aren't perfect.

Well, x264.exe is probably your best bet. Although mencoder and a few others will work well. For GUIs, there's XviD4PSP, MeGUI, Ripbot264, etc. etc. etc...
