Hi,

After I paid with Paypal, I expected to be redirected to the download, but nothing happened.
I'm not sure if I get an email with a link ..... the site is not very clear about that !

I hope you can inform me ASAP.....

kind regards,

Oelewapper

An e-mail gets sent automatically to the address you have registered with PayPal within 5-10 minutes of your PayPal donation (make sure you check that account). It includes links for downloading.

If you didn't get it, first check your junkmail -- some of the anti-SPAM packages are a little overly zealous. I haven't received a non-delivery notification (I get notified when that happens), and anti-SPAM is usually the only way that can happen. If you can't find it, send an e-mail to dvd-rb@dvd-rb.com and I'll forward it again.

If you are a registered user you can also always download the latest version from this link (http://www.jdobbs.com/Pages/DVDRebuilder/DVD-RB_Pro_download.htm).

[Update] I see you've registered, so I assume everything is ok.

Sorry for the late reply...
Yep, everything was working..... got the email rather late.

BTW when are you adding support for Procoder3 ?
Now I have to wait for the program to open it by hand, because renaming Procoder3.exe to Procoder.exe doesn't work. Another useful (VERY useful) item to add in the settings for Procoder might be "sharpening". When you make movies a lot smaller they tend to be a bit unsharp compared to the original. I always use a small bit of sharpening in Procoder and that sure makes the final DVD5 better..........

Great product, glad I have it and when it's working with Procoder3 it will be perfect !

kind regards !

Hi again,

I installed one hour ago version 1.27.1 in the same directory where 1.26 was. It seems to work okay.

But.............
After phase 1, it asks for the path of procoder.exe and I click on procoder3.exe. It starts but it doesn't start encoding.
I get the message from Procoder : One or multiple sources from the project couldn't be loaded.

It worked fine (the same way with manually starting Procoder3) in 1.26 !! (it took about 90 minutes to make a 6 GB VIDEO_TS into a DVD5 in "mastering quality")

You can't point to ProCoder directly. You have to first configure ECLPRO and then point to it. ProCoder doesn't have the necessary command line interface.

Like I said : it worked in 1.26.6 !!

I load a 6 GB video-ts and everything goes automatically (in this case for about 9 minutes), then ECLPRO starta and asks for the Procoder.exe, which it cannot find, because in vs3 it's called procoder3.exe. I load Procoder3.exe and it worked in 1.26.6 but not in 1.27.1 !

See this thread too : http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=134851

I'll check it out, but I'm really confused because nothing changed in that module between v1.26.6 and v1.27.1.

Is anyone else having trouble with ProCoder?

oelewapper wants to use Procoder3. Is that supported yet?

No issues with Procoder 2 here.

It did work in 1.26.6.......
I edited the ini file to load Procoder3 instead of 1 or 2 but that didn't solve the problem.

Resume :
initial install of 1.26.6 : everything worked
install of 1.27.1 : nothing worked
re-install of 1.26.6 : nothing works
(Not even HC or ReJig : tried with 3 different DVD9's !)

Support for ProCoder 3 is an ECLPRO function. I believe it is supported by ECLPRO now -- but I don't have it so I can't confirm yes or no.

If you're having problems with three different encoders and no one else is... that means the problem is only on your system. It has to be a local configuration issue. I'm not trying to push it off -- I'm just stating the facts at hand.

@ oelewapper:
in case you haven't done so, make sure install all encoders before you install DVD-RB so they can be properly and easy be detected.
(you can configure them afterwards too, as you know, but the first method is more hassle free).

It works perfectly with 1.27.1. Used the latest ECLPRO that was included with DVD-RB.

I think you're right.
I will uninstall everything related to Rebuilder, including AVISYNTH and re-install.....
Will keep you posted :)
