Funky color

I'm seeing some funky hues to the sides of some edges in my anime... any way to remove that?

Note the blue on the guy, and the green next to the guy and on the girl.

Depends on how you got that image; if it's the actual capture then you just have to live with it. If it's a result of your script, turn the chroma smoothing waaaay down.

Looks way over filtered. I am guesing thats not how it was broadcasted/recorded ?

Yeah it was a terrible capture... it looks way over filtered because I'm trying desperately to repair it somewhat (other issues, not the color). Thanks though.
