Delete some scenes from DVD movie????

Hi all,

this is my first post, so I wish I do it in the right way :o
I believe the title implies my problem.... I've movie DVD with menu and extras .... I want to delete some scenes from it
what the tools I need? how can I do it? I tried (TMPGEnc XPress v4.2.3.193) but it doesn't work for me well
remark I will get the menu and extra back after I delete that scenes
