Is it possible? I've wasted lots of time in my PC to encode this files to make them playable in my PS3/360, can i do it without re-encode?

You can remux the file, but that cannot guarantee it'll play on the PS3. There are other restrictions, such as the --level flag (easily fixable) and the number of reference frames (not necessarily fixable).

You did not answer my question.
If you made those files by yourself you should know what settings were used. Without specific command line We won't be able to tell if conversion to mp4 is possible!
