My backup has a problem

I made a backup of a movie of mine. The movie played great all the way until the end. Several times in the last 30 minutes of the movie, the movie pauses for a second and then seems to jump ahead like 2 seconds. Then it will play fine for a few minutes and then the short pause and short skip. Like I said, it was a bit wierd because it happened towards the end of the movie. Any ideas? I used Decryptor and Shrink.

Sounds like a problem typically resulting from burning to low quality media - skipping or sticking toward the outer edges of the media.

Try using high quality media such as Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden...

Also be sure to burn at no greater than half the rated speed of the drive or media, whichever is slower. This ensures the disk is more easily read on devices other than the burner that created it.
