YAMB for iPod 6th Gen

Hello

I have converted some of my movies to MP$ format using WinFF and Linux for iPod preset. When I try to sync those files with iPod using iTunes, I get an error that te files are not playable. After searching WinFF forum I have downloaded YAMB.

Now as I try to remux the files with YAMB using "Standard" option enabled, the result still remains unplayable in iPod.

If I choose "for iPod", the program instantly informs me that the process is completed, but nothing happens actually!!!

Please help me out. :(
