Hi, I haven't been here for a few years now but I'd like to know whether there's an easy tool to perform the seemingly simple operation of adding text (not subtitles but an overlay to the video) to a DVD and leave it in a format that can easily be burned to a new DVD.
I'd try to elaborate but this really a friend's project -- any help would be greatly appreciated.
