I made an audio converter and player just run on windows. It's "free" and can convert any audio format and CD rip to AACplus(wrap with mp4) through DirectShow, and the core encoder and decoder using 3GPP reference code. Please try it at www.tinymp4.com or tw.tinymp4.com and let me know how to make it better, thanks!

Hi! nice one :)
But I'm running a tool called MelodyCan for my Napster library and recently discovered 1 perfect feature - YouTube downloader! It allows to download YouTube videos from the site and convert to various video formats. Install the trial version from http://www.convert-any-media.com/ and go to your Internet Explorer. All you need is to load Youtube page with a video clip and click on "Save Youtube video" button or something like that.. and the clip will be saved to the desired location :)))

Please try to disable and uninstall any antiviral software or any other kind of real-time monitoring software for the time of MelodyCan installation and activation.
Usually you need to reboot your PC after disabling/uninstalling an antivirus. :helpful: :)

The TinyMP4 can convert any audio or video format to .mp4 and also can rip CD audio to .mp4 too. And it just have three CBRs which is 24K,48K,64Kbps. And it can decode into PCM data(wav) directly by using right mouse click and choose "Write to wav". And it can also edit ID3 tag. Please leave any suggestion for this little tool, thanks.

Cute tool, I checked out the web site and it's good to see that there are always new things on the market.I haven't tried it because I'm using Tunebite for quite some time and I'm satisfied with the way it works so I never felt the need to serch for anything else.Btw, i tried a while ago the melodycan youtube ripper but I found it kida complicated :P

It'll be a perfect movie sound track converter if multi-channel and bit-rate up to 256Kbps is supported.
