HCenc Chapter List Question (CLI)

Is there a way to send a command line to HCenc to open a .txt file that has the chapters in you want to encode to I0frame?

No but you can add your chapter file to the HC.ini when launching HCEnc from CLI. Check the HCEnc readme

I just read the CLI docs for 0.22. It is:

-chapter path to file, so example:

-chapter c:\Video\Encodes\chapters.txt

would that just be it? See the official HC docs...just want to be sure...
