Chapter 0 on DVD?

Hi!
I am doing a few transfers from LaserDisc to DVDs. When trying to recreate the chapters, I stumbled upon the problem of creating Chapter 0 on DVDs.

I mean, LaserDisc usually have a Chapter 0. And I am using muxman. I had no idea how to create a Chapter 0.

Any ideas? Thanks in advanced ^^

DVD starts at chapter 1. There is no chapter 0.

At a wild guess, does Chapter 0 on LaserDisc set the starting point for the video?
