Hello all. I didn't know exactly what terms to use when searching for this particular problem, but what I did search for didn't really answer my question.

I ripped "A Beautiful Mind" and brought the vob directly into Vdubmod. I fixed the audio skew problem through the framerate and now everything syncs up, but if I try to do anything to the audio aside from 'Direct Stream Copy' the audio is slowed to about half speed. The stream copy isn't a CRITICAL issue, but it does prevent the file from being a manageable size (trying to fit it on a WM device). Is there something I'm missing? I'm using VDubMod 1.5.4.1 (kinda old, but I downloaded the latest version and got the same result) and I'm using the LameMP3 codec.

Well, it seems it may have been the LameMP3 codec that was the problem. I used a different codec and it was able to compress without a problem.
