Swithing cell in delay button menu

I have been using RB for a while, but this is first time I encountered a problem.
I am compressing a DVD which has a delay button in split menu cell.
Original composure (about 5.4GB) play fine, but when I compress it to DVD5 before the button show up there is a distortion in the cell, look like tiny little squares, last only split second.
I use RB with CCE Basic, also tried RB with HC, same thing.
Any idea?

Is it doing this in a Standalone player or Software?

This is in software player. Once I saw it I did not burn it to DVD. I burned full file to DVD9 and it is fine in both.
