The contents of the links returned from a Search with the "Show as Posts" option seems to have changed in one of the recent (12 months ???) vBulletin updates.
Previously the post link would have been of the form http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1055107 (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1055107) which would just display the single post.
Now it is of the form http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php ? p=1055107#post1055107 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1055107#post1055107) which displays the whole thread scrolled to the post.
Also the some text vB Code element also seems to be similarly effected.
Was this change intentional or is it a bug :confused:
P.S. Also ... only seems to be partially effective, note the " ? " cheat above.
