With the new "upgrade" I can't put mp4's on my zune. Is there a freebie way to encode mp4's to wmv's? I have nero also if there is a way there I am missing. Windows media encoder sucks. And zune won't help me.
:thanks:

I'm sure you mean that the GUI that Microsoft provides for Windows Media Encoder sucks. Windows Media Encoder itself is actually very very good, especially if you use it sans GUI (i.e. command-line interface). If you don't want to learn a few command-line arguments then try Encode360 (http://dcunningham.net/encode360/). Don't let the name fool you. It will encode Zune-compliant WMVs also. It's pretty much just an alternative GUI for Windows Media Encoder, as WME is a required download for Encode360.

I actually use Pocket dvd studio to make the wma's now. Sucks to have extra steps. Software sucks for zune.

Encode360 is free. Did you have to pay for Pocket DVD Studio?
