fast forward real media file with sound (just like in WMP does it)

i need such a feature like in windows media player where you can listen and watch video at multiple speeds without changing sound pitch

i found it only in WMP, other players have this feature very poorly implemented, but unfortunately WMP cannot play RM files, it shows only a still frame regardless if it is in play or pause mode

also native player for RM cannot play videos with higher speeds with sound it shows only picture, just like in VCR

i wish it for things like it:

it will be a much save of time to be able to listen to these lectures with 2x speed and even more in certain parts
