Hi,
when i create, save and reload a project audiomixers are set to -100% Balance and ClipVolume 0%. Once i click/select the video in the timeline audio gets muted. If i try to correct values they only remain during the actual session. Once the project will be reloaded audio is corrupt again.

Premiere may rely on old shared libraries or got incompatible to WMP11. I don't know.

Anyone suggestions how to fix that?

Early releases of Premiere Pro were a total nightmare. It only became really production ready as of CS3. CS2 wasn't bad, but you know how it goes...

Upgrade, if you can :( Or downgrade the rest of your system...

I cannot upgrade. The program is intended for an AMD K7 System that doesn't have SSE2. Maybe i downgrade to Premiere 6.5. :) But i would loose YUV frameserving to CCE (RGB instead). Costs time and quality.

Sony Vegas is no option either. It doesn't have that cool jog shuttle and comfortable timeline handling.

It did work months ago. I even re-installed windows now. Exactly the same behaviour. It must be something regarding standard MS updates (WMP11, IE7, .NET, Hotfixes or DirectX90c). I don't know...

Edit:
Here's a video showing the bug.
