Hi, I am not sure whether I am posting this is the right section but here is what I am wondering. I would like to transfer my Ruckus music downloads to Apple iTunes so that they can be put on an iPod. Because of the DRM Ruckus has on each track this isn't something that can be done right off the bat. I went to this site: http://etano.net/2007/04/21/from-ruckus-to-itunes/ and followed the steps to roll back windows media player to version 9. After doing this and the other steps as indicated, I started Ruckus and it wouldn't start without media player 10 installed. As long as media player 11 wasn't installed this was supposed to work with version 10. I installed version 10 and ran the FairUse4WM program to get the keys. I got a message saying something like, we are sorry but this program must be shutdown, would you like to report it. I am wondering if anyone else knows what is wrong, or if there is another way to transfer ruckus songs to itunes. The computer I am doing this on is running XP.
