Playback DVD9 disc as BluRay data on a BluRay Reader?

Hi,

Anyone know if there is a way to Burn a DVD9 disc thats playback in a BluRay reader as BluRay (AVC-MPEG4) movie on DVD9 disc?

Is this possible? hard to do?
i got it into a HD WMV format at the moment.
But should be handy to have it onto Dvd9 disc.
And can playback it on my BluRay player.

Yes, it's possible, but too hard right now...

You may want to try Nero 8 with HD-plugin.

It created a BDMV volume for me (including a menu) and a DVD-9 burned from that volume is playing on my Sony S300.

Please note that blu-ray players like the Sony will only play files from DVD-media without stuttering that do not exceed bitrates of 11 Mbps .
