Converting OGG to AC3

I'm having a spot of difficulty converting some ogg files I demuxed earlier into AC3.

I have installed BeSweet and the BeLight GUI. I copied the ogg.dll vorbis.dll and vorbisenc.dll files into the BeSweet folder as required. I open BeLight, add a ogg file to convert, and start the conversion. Windows pops up an error message "BeSweet.exe has stopped working" and nothing happens. If I try running the command from the command line the exact same thing happens.

I am running Windows Vista fully updated. I tried playing with the permissions for BeSweet.exe but the problem persisted. Any ideas?

This maybe because of your vista system can not support your transfering tool and you need to use one tool which can run under Windoiws vista and that would be Ok
