Ideas to remux HD-DVD h264 to Blu-ray ??

I know VC-1 and MPEG2 can remux into blu-ray but I wonder if anyone has had success with MPEG4 AVC?

This is to patch the raw Transformers HD-DVD h264 file to be Blu-ray compliant. Shame rapidshare is not working at the moment to test.
