When using this under the Advanced Tab in Tmpgenc I thought I read somewhere else that using 1:1 just keeps the same aspect ratio as the source, is this true??
I am trying to turn a DVD into a VCD and was told to pick 4:3 or 16:9 whatever DVD2AVI said it was. If the above is true why can't I just pick 1:1 instead.
