I have a messed up dvdbackup witch DVDrebuilder fails to rebuild.
My idea was to replace original copy with those encoded segments manually: demuxing audio/subpic streams of all cells and muxing them back with encoded m2v's into VOBs.
This is time consuming, as the tools im accustomed with (vobedit, pgcdemux) will demux 1 cell at a time.

Any solutions for this approach?

2 suggestions:

1. Re-rip and redo your project with DVD Rebuilder (http://dvd-rb.dvd2go.org/). Your source is obviously corrupt.

2. If you have your m2vs and audio and subpics (yes, pgcdemux is the way to go), you can remux with muxman.

Tnx, muxman worked like a charm.
