Multi Video Angle in MKV

I've make a .mkv file.But I have to face some problem
I want to mux multi video into .mkv files.
The first video is 01:00:00,the second video is 00:05:00.
After first video begin about 30min,second video begin to play.
How can I make this?

I'm quite sure it can be done via "timecode v3" and with GAPS.
