Tool to mux x264/aac into m2ts?!

There are severeal demuxers and remuxers around, but i haven't found something to do this:

mux x264 raw file and aac (or ac3) raw file into m2ts.

reason:
I have some 15 - 20 gb files i want to recode with x264 to around 8.5 gb and burn onto DVD-R DL...
and play on my PS3

First I thougt to recode under 4GB (hard limit) and put it into mp4 container, but quality suffers too much.

Is there such a muxer around?

manzanita should be ok, also mainconcept h.264 encoder have working muxer (but from my point of view there is no any sign of the existence of a good and reliable ts muxer for h.264 and vc1 es streams - commercial or freeware)
