Just wondering if it's possible, seeing as HD-DVD and Blu-Ray are such incredibly similar technologies, whether it's possible to transfer a HD-DVD movie to a Blu-Ray disc.
They support the same codecs, so I would imagine it's completely reasonable in theory. Going the other way should work as well as long as the amount of data and transfer rate meet the HD-DVD specs.
Would be nice to be able to copy say "Transformers" onto a Blu-Ray disc without any recompression/transcoding.
