LG GGC-H20L Blu-Ray and HD DVD-Rom

Received a LG Blu-Ray and HD DVD-ROM drive today for Christmas. Installed it but having problems reading DVD's. It seems to read CD's just fine but getting errors on the DVD. The Media players just hang. Tried to go to the LG web site for support but it is all generic advice. Nothing specific to the GGC-H20L. All the FW has been updated to the latest. If anybody has any suggestions for troubleshooting I would appreciate it.

Figured out the problem. The PCI SATA card I am using for the interface had a FW issue. I reloaded the FW for it and all is well now. The drive is seeing DVD's and working as advertised.
