I've been using DVD Shrink for about a month--no problems until now. For some reason, I can't use the preview "screen" in the lower left of the window. The "play" and "stop" buttons are not lit, so I can't select them. Now I have to guess what extras I want or don't want, or simply back up the complete dvd. Any suggestions?
