Capturing "I've Been Elfed" .flv video

Can anybody recommend the best way to capture (preferably download) the "I've Been Elfed" .flv video? The YouTube downloaders won't log onto the file. I have used SnagIt to screen capture the video - which works (kinda) - but produces choppy video. I've tried Replay A/V (from Applian) and it doesn't seem to log on and capture the video either.

Any ideas?

Try Orbit downloader, it can capture pretty much any http stream.
