Problem with IVCT in 2n Pass

Hello To All!

I Have a problem with a DvD that Dvd2avi say frame rate 29.970
the video type change from NTSC ~27% and Film ~72% and so on, the frame type from interlaced to progresive all the time.
In Dvd2avi the film option is off.

I choose make a ivct in GK(is the correct way?) and make the firs pass all ok, I change also when open the D2v project the framerate to 23.976.

But in the second pass when I go to GK Nandub Files then open and choose the .stats of the firs pass Gk say me that the Number of Frames are diferent, is this correct? or what can i do?.

Well a new problem, if I don´t change the framerate in GK and left 29.97 and then use ivtc why in the window of encode when I chek "ivtc in avs -> correct frame count" and start encoding, get the error acces violation at address 00416EF3 in module 'GodianKnot.exe' read of address 00000008?
