Is there already any "BluShrink" in planning?

Is anyone already working on a CDT (Compressed Domain Transcoder) for BluRay Video or HD DVDs, analog to DVD Shrink? Did you hear already any rumours?

I bet the first obstacle in this path is the supported variety of video standards. Not to mention the complexity of the format. But who knows ... Slysoft and Nero could be possible candidates.
